Follow the following steps,
1. Go to setting & Privacy
2. The click "Setting"
3. Go to "Audience & Visibility"
4. Last go to "Profile and tagging"
-who can post on your profile (select "only me")
-who can see posts you're tagged in your profile (select "only me")
